电石渣对二氧化碳矿化性能的实验研究

摘要 实验探究电石渣在干法和湿法工艺下直接碳酸化CO_(2)的性能。结果表明:1.5 g电石渣固体可以吸收约55 mL CO_(2)气体,同时随着反应温度的增加,反应速率呈现先增加后减少的趋势,在30℃左右时达到最大;随着搅拌速率的增加,反应速率呈现先增加后减少的趋势,在搅拌速率20 r/s左右时达到最大;随着反应物浓度的增加,反应速率逐渐增加;CO_(2)流速的改变对反应速率未造成影响。 Experiments were conducted to investigate the performance of direct carbonation of CO_(2) by calcium carbide slag under dry and wet processes.The results showed that 1.5 g of calcium carbide slag solid could absorb about 55 mL of CO_(2) gas,while the reaction rate showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of temperature,reaching the maximum at about 30℃,the reaction rate showed a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the increase of stirring rate,reaching the maximum at the stirring rate of about 20 r/s,the reaction rate gradually increased with the increase of reactant concentration.The reaction rate was not affected by the change of CO_(2) flow rate.
