摘要
采用超声波辅助水提醇沉法提取杜仲粗多糖。以多糖得率为评价指标,考察料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取功率四个因素水平,采用Box-Behnken法优化提取工艺。结果显示,超声波辅助提取杜仲多糖的最佳工艺条件为料液比1∶31,提取时间为17 min,提取温度为72℃,提取功率为89 W,理论多糖得率为6.19%,在此条件下得到的实际多糖得率为6.28%,相对误差为1.50%。优化的杜仲多糖提取工艺多糖得率高。
Ultrasonic-assisted water extraction and ethanol precipitation method was used to extract crude polysaccharides from Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.The polysaccharides yield was used as an index to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and ultrasonic power,and the Box-Behnken method was used to optimize the extraction method.The results showed that the optimal conditions for ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polysaccharides from the bark of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.were as follows:1∶31(g/mL)solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time of 17 min,ultrasonic temperature of 72℃,ultrasonic power of 89 W.Under the process condition,the theoretical extraction yield of polysaccharides was 6.19%,and the actual polysaccharides yield was 6.28%,and the relative error was 1.50%.The results demonstrated that ultrasonic-assisted extraction method could efficiently provide the polysaccharide yield.
