超声提取-ICP-OES法测定土壤中的游离铁

摘要 基于DCB法,超声提取-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定土壤中的游离铁。实验考查了超声时间对测定结果的影响,结合三种不同含量游离铁的标准物质的检测数据,比较了超声提取与搅拌提取的结果精密度与准确度,表明12 min超声提取-ICP-OES法与传统搅拌提取-比色法无显著性差异(t0.05,11<2.20)。本方法中超声提取的条件简单便捷,更容易掌握及控制,具有较好的精密度、准确度,可满足大批量农业土壤样品中游离铁的分析要求。 Based on DCB as extraction,free iron oxide was extracted by ultrasonic and deetermination by inductively coupled plasma optic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES).The effects of ultrasonic extraction time were investigated.Compared the two methods that 12 min of extraction was sufficient for three kinds of national standard reference materails.The precision and accuracy were compared between mechanical shaking extraction and ultrasonic extraction.There were no significant difference by test.Ultrasonic extraction conditions were easier to handle and control,and the method has characteristics of convenient high accurcy and good precesion,which could be applied to determine free iron oxide in agricultural soil.
