摘要
在实验室卫生指标检测过程中存在多种影响数据有效性的因素,如果不能准确识别,将对数据结果的准确性造成一定影响。以烟用纸张甲醛的测定方法为例,以纵向测定流程为序,分析影响检测数据有效性的人、机、料、法、环、测等并存因素,探讨并提出检测数据生命期内的可规范执行的具体控制措施,以期能进一步提高分析准确性、检测结果的可靠性和实验室整体管理水平。
In the process of laboratory hygiene index testing,there are many factors that affect the data validation.If they can not be identified accurately,they will affect the use of data results.Taking the determination of cigarette papers formaldehyde as an example,the factors of the testing data were analyzed from the man,machine,material,method,environment and measurement in order of longitudinal measurement process,specific measures were discussed and put forward that could be executed routinely during the lifetime of the detection data,in order to improve the analytical accuracy,reliability of test results and overall laboratory management.
