摘要
分析了国内某厂间歇式热相脱附炉自2021年11月启动投产以来,存在处理时间长,检维修频繁,能耗不稳等状况,针对以上问题,采取了优化调整工艺参数的手段,如降低单套间歇式热相脱附炉运行时长、增设压力检测点位、优化调整管线堵塞,使设备运行状况得到了明显的改善,物料处理时长由40.5 h降低至30.4 h,吨物料天然气消耗量由工艺参数优化调整前的38.07 m^(3)降低至29.94 m^(3),节能效果显著。
Since the batch thermal desorption furnace of a domestic factory was put into production in November 2021,the reasons for the long treatment time,frequent maintenance and unstable energy consumption were analyzed.By optimizing and adjusting the process parameters,the operation status of the equipment was obviously improved and the energy consumption was significantly reduced.
