摘要
为了培养制药工程专业本科生的科研创新能力,结合现有的研究成果,实施了一项探究型综合实验“金合欢素硫酸酯盐的设计与合成”。该实验涉及多个理论知识,实验操作难度适中,适合作为本科生科研创新的实验教学。实践表明,通过对不同反应仪器、反应条件的探究和多种大型仪器的使用,增强了学生的综合实验技能和探索创新精神,还提高了学生的科研兴趣。
To cultivate the scientific research and innovation ability of undergraduates majoring in Pharmaceutical Engineering,combined with teachersresearch results,an exploratory comprehensive experiment entitled“design and synthesis of acacetin sulfate”was implemented.The experiment involved many theoretical knowledge,and the experiment operation difficulty was moderate,so it was suitable for the experimental teaching of undergraduate scientific research innovation.Practice showed that through the exploration of different reaction instruments and reaction conditions,and the use of a variety of scientific instruments,studentscomprehensive experimental skills and spirit of exploration and innovation was enhanced,and their interest in scientific research was inspired.
