基于Romax的柔性轮毂轴承仿真及参数优化

摘要 本文通过对轮毂轴承内、外圈及小内圈进行网格划分,并将网格文件导入Romax-Designer软件中搭建了轮毂轴承内、外圈全柔性化模型。分析了轴向载荷、径向载荷、倾覆力矩对轴承的影响,并对轴承设计参数(接触角、滚动体数、钢球直径、列间距、轴向工作游隙)分别开展对轴承载荷、寿命、最小油膜厚度的单因素仿真试验。对计算数据采用正交试验方法处理,得到影响轴承性能的主次因素及最佳搭配组合。该方法可为工程师设计轮毂轴承提供必要的参考。 The inner and outer rings of hub bearings,as well as the small inner rings,are discretized into meshes in this study,and the mesh files are imported into Romax-Designer software to build the full flexible models for the inner and outer rings of hub bearings.The influence of axial load,radial load and overturning moment on bearings is analyzed,and the single factor simulation tests of bearing design parameters(including contact angle,number of rolling elements,ball diameter,column spacing and axial working clearance)are carried out respectively for bearing stress,life and minimum oil film thickness.The calculated data are processed by orthogonal test method to obtain the primary and secondary factors affecting bearing performance and the optimal combination.This method can provide necessary reference for engineers to design wheel hub bearings.
