摘要
某高速电机用深沟球轴承在工作短时间内出现保持架断裂故障。采用表面形貌观测、断口分析、化学成分分析和试验验证等方法,对故障轴承保持架断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:故障轴承在过大的轴向力和润滑不足的综合作用下,加速了钢球与滚道间的磨损,使轴承产生运转阻滞,导致钢球对保持架的作用力增大,最终造成轴承保持架在薄弱处断裂失效。本文的研究结果为同类型失效轴承的设计改进和使用提供了指导。
The cage fracture of the deep groove ball bearing used in a high speed motor occurred in short working time.The reason of the fracture of the bearing cage was analyzed by means of surface morphology observation,fracture analysis,chemical composition analysis and test verification.The results show that under the comprehensive action of excessive axial force and insufficient lubrication,the faulty bearing accelerates the wear between the steel ball and the raceway,which leads to the running block of the bearing,and leads to the increase of the force of the steel ball on the cage,resulting in the fracture and failure of the bearing cage at the weak point.The results of this paper provide guidance for the design improvement and use of the same type of failed bearings.
