摘要
针对某圆锥滚子轴承的一粒滚子外径呈直线剥离的现象,采用化学成分分析、金相组织检验及洛氏硬度检验等技术,对失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:滚子外径存在原材料裂纹,轴承运转时裂纹在应力的反复作用下不断扩展,直至发生了剥离。
The outside diameter surface of a roller of tapered roller bearing peels off in the shape of a straight line.The causes of bearing failure are determined by means of chemical composition analysis,metallographic structure examination and Rockwell hardness inspection.The results show that there are raw material cracks in the outside diameter of that roller.When the bearing is running,the cracks grow under the function of cyclic stresses,finally the roller is peeling.
