摘要
作为生产磷肥产生的固体废渣,磷石膏的堆放不仅造成大量资源的浪费,长久堆放或经雨水冲刷导致其中的含磷或氟的物质浸出,还会对水体、土壤和大气环境造成不同程度的污染。本文综述了磷石膏无害化处理再利用的研究成果和国内磷石膏资源化利用面临的主要问题,分析了目前磷石膏无害化处理工艺当中存在的不足,提出了新的磷石膏无害化处理工艺,并作出总结。
As the solid waste residue produced in the production of phosphate fertilizer,the stacking of phosphogypsum not only causes the waste of a large number of resources,but also will lead to the leaching of phosphorus or fluorine containing substances after long-term stacking or rain washing,which may cause varying degrees of pollution to water,soil and atmospheric environment.Therefore,this paper summarized the research results of harmless treatment and reuse of phosphogypsum and the main problems faced by domestic phosphogypsum resource utilization,analyzed the shortcomings of the current harmless treatment process of phosphogypsum,proposed a new harmless treatment process of phosphogypsum,and finally made a summary.
