摘要
在抗氧剂1010的工业化生产过程中,由于影响结晶因素颇多,且结晶过程难以控制,因此我们采用添加晶种进行诱导结晶,促使抗氧剂1010能生成晶体结构均一,堆密度大,流动性好的δ晶型的产品,从而提高了产品质量,提升了生产效率。虽然抗氧剂1010的结晶方法实验室研究报道较多,但是采用晶种诱导结晶的方法在工业化生产中鲜有报道。
In the industrial production process of antioxidant 1010,due to many factors affecting crystallization and the crystallization process is difficult to control,we use the addition of crystals to induce crystallization,so that antioxidant 1010 can generateδcrystal form products with uniform crystal structure,high bulk density and good fluidity,thereby improving product quality and improving production efficiency.Although there are many laboratory research on the method of crystal of antioxidants 1010,there are few reports in industrialized production using crystal-type induced crystals.
