摘要
为了解决煤矿井下高瓦斯煤层瓦斯涌出量大、瓦斯浓度高的不足,提出了一种本煤层顺层钻孔预抽+穿层钻孔对临近煤层和覆岩裂隙带进行抽采+采空区的组合式抽采方案。文章对不同区域的瓦斯抽采技术要点和方案进行了分析,确定了瓦斯抽采的可靠性。根据实际应用表明,新的组合式瓦斯抽采技术,能够实现对不同区域瓦斯的综合治理,井下瓦斯的平均抽采率达到了64.7%,使井下作业面的瓦斯浓度始终保持在了0.55%以下,有效保证了井下作业安全性。
In order to address the shortcomings of large gas emission and high gas concentration in high gas coal seams underground,a combined drainage scheme of pre drainage along the coal seam and through layer drilling for adjacent coal seams and overlying rock fracture zones,as well as goaf extraction,is proposed.The article analyzes the key points and plans of gas extraction technology in different regions,and determines the reliability of gas extraction.According to practical applications,the new combined gas extraction technology can achieve comprehensive control of gas in different areas.The average gas extraction rate in the underground reaches 64.7%,keeping the gas concentration on the working surface below 0.55%,effectively ensuring the safety of underground operations.
