摘要
本文从碳达峰碳中和目标的宏观规划角度针对焦化产业在绿色转型发展中面临的技术和管理问题通过调研和访谈等方式对焦化企业碳排放工艺技术、碳排放总量和影响因素分析得出了“双碳”目标下煤焦化产业可以探索建立风、光、电、热、气多元协同的清洁能源基地,提升煤焦化行业碳排放管理水平,开发“固碳”化工产品,研发“碳耦合”相关技术,实现散气废气碳捕集碳回收利用的绿色低碳路径。研究结果表明山西省重点行业中的焦化产业在“碳达峰碳中和”背景下实现绿色低碳发展目标的技术和管理创新路径,为山西省实现国家双碳战略背景下的绿色低碳发展目标提供建设性的依据。
It aims at the technical and management problems faced by the coking industry in the green transition development from the perspective of macro-planning of carbon peak and carbon neutrality target by comparing and analyzing the process of carbon emission,the total amount of carbon emission and the influencing factors,which can be concluded that it can explore the establishment of the clean energy base with the industry of wind,solar,electricity,heat and gas through improving carbon management,developing"Carbon sequestration"chemicals and"Carbon coupling"technologies for carbon capture and recovery from exhaust gases to achieve the goal of green and low-carbon path.The results show that the technology and management innovation path for the coking industry in Shanxi Province to achieve the green and low-carbon development goal under the background of"carbon peak and carbon neutral"provides a constructive basis for Shanxi Province to achieve the green and low-carbon development goal under the background of the national two-carbon strategy.
