化工生产技术管理和化工安全生产是紧密相关的,二者之间的关系对于现代化工产业的发展具有重要的理论和实践价值。生产技术管理是指通过科学的、有效的管理手段,实现生产过程的合理化、规范化、高效化和信息化,以确保产品质量和生产效益。因此,笔者就以化工生产技术管理与化工安全生产关系为题,对本领域的问题进行探索与研究。

Chemical production technology management and chemical safety production are closely related,and the relationship between the two has important theoretical and practical value for the development of modern chemical industry.Production technology management refers to the use of scientific and effective management methods to achieve the rationalization,standardization,efficiency,and informatization of the production process,in order to ensure product quality and production efficiency.Therefore,the author explores and studies the issues in this field with the topic of the relationship between chemical production technology management and chemical safety production.
