孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma

目的探讨孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月郯城县第一人民医院收治的50例哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=25)和研究组(n=25)。对照组予以吸入用布地奈德混悬液雾化治疗,研究组在对照组基础上予以孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组治疗效果及临床症状改善时间。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组气促、哮鸣音、咳嗽、肺部啰音改善时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果确切,可加速临床症状的改善,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma.Methods A total of 50 children with asthma admitted to Tancheng First People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the study group(n=25).The control group was given atomization of Budesonide Suspension Inhalation,while the study group was given Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect and the improvement time of clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of shortness of breath,wheezing sound,cough and lung rales in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Budesonide atomization in the treatment of children with asthma is exact,which can accelerate the improvement of clinical symptoms,and is worthy of promotion and application.
