针对性护理在妊娠合并冠心病患者中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in pregnant patients with coronary heart disease

目的探讨针对性护理在妊娠合并冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月东营鸿港医院内科收治的70例妊娠合并冠心病患者为研究对象,按照奇偶数法将其分为常规组(35例)与研究组(35例)。常规组采用基础护理,研究组采用针对性护理,比较两组的生活质量及护理总满意率。结果护理后,研究组生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在妊娠合并冠心病患者中的应用效果显著,能够提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing in pregnant patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 70 pregnant patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Department of Internal Medicine,Dongying Honggang Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into routine group(35 cases)and study group(35 cases)according to odd-even method.The routine group received basic nursing,and the study group received targeted nursing.The quality of life and total satisfaction rate of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the quality of life score in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing in pregnant patients with coronary heart disease has significant application effect,which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
