个性化护理在中老年女性脑梗死患者中的应用效果

Application effect of personalized nursing in middle-aged and elderly female patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨个性化护理在中老年女性脑梗死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月至2022年7月平邑县人民医院神经内科收治的70例中老年女性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用个性化护理,比较两组心理状态和疾病管理自我效能。结果护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组慢性疾病自我效能量表症状管理、疾病共性管理评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可改善中老年女性脑梗死患者的心理状态,提高疾病管理自我效能,改善预后。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing in middle-aged and elderly female patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 70 middle-aged and elderly female patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology,People’s Hospital of Pingyi County were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received personalized nursing.The mental status and self-efficacy of disease management were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptom management,disease commonality management and total score of chronic disease self-efficacy scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Personalized nursing can improve the mental status and selfefficacy of disease management of middle-aged and elderly female patients with cerebral infarction,and can promote the prognosis.
