平定紫砂泥料烧结制度研究分析

摘要 针对山西省平定县紫砂原料的节能、高效利用,本文运用现代测试分析技术,研究了紫砂原矿的成分特征,制备了紫砂泥料,探究了紫砂的烧结机制,通过控制烧成条件来探究平定紫砂泥料的结构特点,并进行了对紫砂泥料的性能进行测试分析,在保证性能优良的条件下,尽可能降低烧结温度,起到节约能源的作用,有利于促进当地企业经济的发展。实验结果表明:烧结温度1150℃、保温1h时制得紫砂试片的没有较大裂纹出现,并且气孔较小,综合性能最优。此时紫砂试片体积密度为2.28g/cm^(3),烧结后的线性收缩率为9.85%。 In response to the energy-saving and efficient utilization of purple sand raw materials in Pingding County,Shanxi Province,this article uses modern testing and analysis technology to study the composition characteristics of purple sand raw ore,prepare purple sand mud,explore the sintering mechanism of purple sand,and explore the structural characteristics of Pingding purple sand mud by controlling the sintering conditions.The performance of purple sand mud is tested and analyzed,and the sintering temperature is minimized while ensuring excellent performance,It plays a role in energy conservation and is conducive to promoting the economic development of local enterprises.The experimental results show that the purple sand specimens prepared at a sintering temperature of 1150℃and insulation for 1 hour do not exhibit significant cracks,and have smaller pores,resulting in the best overall performance.At this point,the bulk density of the purple sand test piece is 2.28g/cm^(3),and the linear shrinkage rate after sintering is 9.85%.
