瓷土矿尾砂在传统陶瓷中的应用研究

Study on the Application of Porcelain Clay Tailings in Traditional Ceramics

采用XRF、XRD、白度测定等测试方法,研究了江西宜丰县瓷土矿尾砂的化学组成、矿相组成、物化性能。以该瓷土矿尾砂、龙岩高岭土、修水长石、上祝瓷石为主要原料,研制了1310℃还原焰烧成的陶瓷餐具。研究结果表明:该瓷土矿尾砂可应用于日用陶瓷的生产。

The chemical compositions,mineral compositions,physical and chemical properties of the porcelain clay tailings from jiangxi province yifeng county were investigated by methods of XRF,XRD,ceramic whiteness tester.Using this kind of porcelain clay tailings,kaolin of Longyan,feldspar of Xiushui,porcelain stone of Shangzhu as raw materials,ceramic tableware fired at 1310℃by reducing flame was developed.The results show that:the porcelain clay tailings can be used in the production of daily ceramics.
