固定烧结温度下制备陶粒时煤矸石掺入量研究

摘要 为了对固定烧结温度下制备陶粒支撑剂时煤矸石的掺入量展开研究。本文以山西阳泉铝矾土为主要原料,工业废弃物煤矸石为添加剂,按照铝矾土煤矸石的质量比为7:3、6:4、5:5、4:6的比例分别混料,根据前期研究结果,选取1300℃的烧结温度烧结制备陶粒支撑剂,对比分析各配比下陶粒的体积密度、视密度和破碎率的变化趋势,并用XRD和SEM对陶粒的物相及微观形貌进行表征,结果表明:在本文的实验条件下,满足工业标准的煤矸石最大掺入量为50wt%,此时,35MPa闭合压力下破碎率为9.12%。掺入30wt%煤矸石时,制备的陶粒性能最好,此时陶粒支撑剂的体积密度为1.2881g/cm^(3),视密度为3.2485g/cm^(3),35MPa闭合压力下破碎率为7.91%。 To study the amount of gangue incorporation in ceramite support preparation at fixed sintering temperature.This paper takes Shanxi Yangquan bauxite as the main raw material,Industrial waste coal gangue is an additive,According to the mass ratio of 7:3、6:4、5:5、4:6,Based on the results of the previous studies,Ssintering to prepare ceramsite support at 1300℃,The comparative analysis of the volume density,visual density and fragmentation rate of ceramsite under each ratio,The physical phase and micromorphology of ceramsite were characterized by XRD and SEM,The results show that,under the present experimental conditions,The maximum incorporation of coal gangue is 50wt%,this moment,The crushing rate at 35MPa closed pressure was 9.12%.With 30wt%coal gangue,the volume density of ceramsite brendant is 1.2881 g/cm^(3),the apparent density is 3.2485 g/cm^(3),and the crushing rate is 7.91%under the closed pressure of 35MPa.
