光子产业是21世纪最具战略性、基础性、先导性的新兴产业。大力发展光子产业,有利于西安构建高水平现代化产业体系,塑造高质量发展新动能。聚焦西安光子产业的发展现状与存在问题,进而提出壮大产业集群规模、强化企业创新主体地位、加大人才引育力度、培育以市场应用为牵引的产业生态等对策建议。

The photonic industry is the most strategic,basic and leading emerging industry in the 21st century.Vigorously developing the photonic industry will help Xi'an build a high-level modern industrial system and shape new momentum for high-quality development.This paper focuses on the development status and existing problems of Xi'an photonic industry,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as expanding the scale of industrial clusters,strengthening the dominant position of enterprises in innovation,increasing the efforts of talent introduction and cultivation,and cultivating the industrial ecology driven by market application.
