摘要
数控机床故障会导致生产效率下降、产品质量问题和维修成本增加等一系列问题。旨在开展数控机床故障预测研究,通过问题分析、算法优化、信号处理、特征提取以及数据采集等步骤,以提前识别数控机床可能出现的故障,从而降低故障对生产和质量的不良影响。
Failure of CNC machine tools can lead to a series of problems such as decreased productivity,product quality problems and increased maintenance costs.The aim is to carry out the research of CNC machine tool failure prediction,through the problem analysis,algorithm optimisation,signal processing,feature extraction and data acquisition steps,in order to identify the possible failures of CNC machine tools in advance,so as to reduce the adverse effects of failures on production and quality.
