摘要
煤矿的开采会释放大量的瓦斯资源,而低浓度瓦斯因其危害较小、抽采便捷而极具开发利用价值。通过利用直燃控制撬对瓦斯燃烧系统进行升级,并且采用无缝织线技术优化炉头,使低浓度瓦斯燃烧更加充分,避免了局部高温的形成,有效抑制了热力型NOx的生成,达到静音燃烧,超低排放效果。该技术有效提高了煤炭企业瓦斯抽采的积极性,保障了矿井的生产安全。
Coal mining releases a large amount of gas resources,and low concentration gas is of great exploitation value due to its low hazard and convenient extraction.By upgrading the gas combustion system with a direct-fired control skid and optimising the furnace head with seamless weaving technology,the low concentration gas is burned more fully,avoiding the formation of local high temperatures,effectively suppressing the generation of thermal NOX,and achieving silent combustion and ultra-low emission effects.This technology effectively improves the enthusiasm of gas extraction in coal enterprises and ensures the production safety of mines.
