摘要
随着煤矿自动化和信息化建设程度的不断深入,煤企步入了智能化建设的新时代。矿山企业的井下智能集中控制系统可以看作是一个大型的采煤机器人,通过建立统一的数据传输接口和通讯规约,实现与各个子系统的数据通讯,通讯网络将各个相关设备联系在一起,满足生产工艺监控要求。以旺岭煤矿10号煤层综采工作面为例,为煤企后工业化时代下智慧矿山的建设提出了建议。对10号煤层综采工作面进行智能化改造,实现了自动化采煤、远程控制和智能监测等。全面提升了矿井安全系数,有效降低了生产经营成本和事故发生率,经济效益十分显著。
With the continuous deepening of the degree of coal mine automation and information construction,coal enterprises have stepped into a new era of intelligent construction.The underground intelligent centralised control system of mining enterprises can be regarded as a large-scale coal mining robot,which realises data communication with various sub-systems through the establishment of unified data transmission interface and communication protocols,and the communication network links all related equipment together to meet the requirements of production process monitoring.Taking the No.10 coal seam comprehensive mining face of Wangling Coal Mine as an example,it puts forward suggestions for the construction of intelligent mines under the post-industrialisation era of coal enterprises.The No.10 coal seam comprehensive mining face is intelligently transformed to realise automated coal mining,remote control and intelligent monitoring,etc.It comprehensively improves the safety of the mine and improves the safety of the mine.It comprehensively improves the safety coefficient of the mine,effectively reduces the production and operation cost and accident rate,and the economic benefits are very significant.
