构建多元化融资体系是一种管理工具。目前,我国多数制造业企业的融资规制建设还不够完美。为了保证制造业企业内部控制制度的执行,促使融资从“单一化”向“多元化”转变,以得力集团为例,首先从内源融资、内部环境、信息协同等方面阐述了得力集团现状;其次,从融资渠道层面、融资管理层面、内部监督层面、风险评估层面深入分析了得力集团构建多元化融资体系存在的问题及成因;最后从不同层面为制造业企业构建多元化融资体系提供了具体可行的优化建议。
