大型冲天炉-电炉双联熔炼生产高强度灰铸铁过程控制

摘要 介绍了铸造二期冲天炉-电炉双联熔炼工艺,要获得优质铁液,首先需控制原辅材料质量,质量稳定可控的炉料是获得优质铁液的先决条件;其次是熔炼工艺,标准化、严格的过程控制才能保证持续提供合格铁液。得益于从炉料到熔炼过程完善且不断优化的全流程管控,自投产以来累计熔化优质铁液100万t。通过严格的原铁液质量控制,配合适当的孕育与合金化处理,可生产高强度灰铸铁。 This article introduces the dual melting process of cupola electric furnace in the second phase of our factory's casting.To obtain high-quality molten iron,the first step is to control the quality of raw and auxiliary materials.Stable and controllable furnace materials are the prerequisites for obtaining high-quality molten iron;Secondly,the smelting process requires standardized and strict process control to ensure the continuous supply of qualified molten iron.Thanks to the continuous optimization of the entire process control from the furnace material to the smelting process,a total of 1 million tons of high-quality molten iron have been melted since production.High strength gray cast iron is produced through strict quality control of raw iron liquid,combined with appropriate inoculation and alloying treatment.
