影响我国电力行业温室气体排放的因素

Influencing Factors of Electric Power Industry Greenhouse Gas Emission in China

摘要 随着当前社会经济的发展,电力行业转型带来巨大的挑战,能源高消耗率与工业温室气体排放污染问题已日益严峻。在政府推动清洁化供电结构改革的背景下,探究影响电力行业温室气体排放的因素已成为能源领域的热点问题。通过查阅国内外相关文献,筛选出密切相关的42篇文献进行综述发现,努力提升电源结构的多样化水平是促进电力行业健康发展、实现减排目标的关键所在。电源结构与火电能耗强度、火电能源结构、火电节能减排技术是影响全国电力行业排放的最主要因素。经济的高速发展能够驱动我国电力行业温室气体的排放增加,同时人口和政府调控政策因素也能够间接影响电力行业温室气体的排放。此外,电力自给率、单位GDP电耗强度、供用电比率对全国电力行业的温室气体排放也具有重要影响。 With the development of the current social economy,the transformation of the power indus-try has brought great challenges,and the problems of high energy consumption rate and industrial greenhouse gas emission pollution have become increasingly serious.Against the backdrop of the gov-ernment's promotion of clean power supply structure reform,exploring the factors affecting greenhouse gas emission in the power industry has become a hot issue in the energy field.By reviewing relevant domestic and foreign literature,42 closely related articles were screened and reviewed.It was found that efforts to improve the level of diversification of power supply structure are key to promoting the healthy development of the power industry and achieving emission reduction goals.The power supply structure,thermal power energy consumption intensity,thermal power energy structure,and thermal power energy saving and emission reduction technology are the main factors affecting greenhouse gas emission in the national power industry.The rapid economic development can drive the increase of greenhouse gas emission in China's power industry,while population and government regulatory poli-cies can also indirectly affect greenhouse gas emission in the power industry.In addition,the self-suffi-ciency rate of electricity,electricity consumption intensity per unit of GDP,and power supply ratio also have important impacts on greenhouse gas emission in the national power industry.
