肩关节镜手术联合富血小板血浆注射治疗肩袖损伤临床观察

Clinical Observation of Shoulder Arthroscopy Combined with Platelet Rich Plasma Injection for the Treatment of Rotator Cuff Injury

目的探讨肩关节镜手术联合富血小板血浆注射治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年6月至2022年6月收治的肩袖损伤患者82例,分为对照组和观察组,各41例。两组均采用肩关节镜手术治疗,观察组在手术前10 min制作富血小板血浆,在关节镜直视下注射患者肱骨大结节足印和肩袖的接触面。结果观察组临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的转化生长因子-β_(1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α及血清C反应蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,疼痛评分显著低于对照组,肩关节功能指标改善幅度显著大于对照组,Constant评分显著高于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肩关节镜手术联合富血小板血浆注射治疗肩袖损伤,可以充分提升临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of shoulder arthroscopy combined with Platelet Rich Plasma Injection in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 82 patients with rotator cuff injury admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with shoulder arthroscopic surgery.In the observation group,platelet rich plasma was produced at 10 min before surgery and it was injected the contact surface between the foot print of the patient's humeral tuberosity and the rotator cuff under direct arthroscopy.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<005).The levels of transforming growth factor-β_(1),tumor necrosis factor-α,and serum C-reactive protein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment.The pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the improvement in shoulder joint function indicators in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group.The Constant score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the quality of life score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shoulder arthroscopy combined with Platelet Rich Plasma Injection can effectively improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.
