硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死临床观察

Clinical Observation of Clopidogrel Bisulfate Combined with Aspirin in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死临床疗效,以及对患者凝血功能的影响。方法选取医院2021年7月至2023年1月收治的脑梗死患者66例,随机均分为试验组和对照组,各33例。对照组患者在常规治疗基础上加用阿司匹林,试验组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用硫酸氢氯吡格雷,均治疗14 d。结果试验组患者的总有效率为93.94%,明显高于对照组的81.82%(P<0.05);试验组患者体内血浆凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血因子Ⅲ均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论硫酸氢氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗脑梗死疗效显著,可改善患者的凝血功能,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin in the treatment of cerebral infarction and its effect on coagulation function in patients.Methods A total of 66 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin in addition to conventional treatment,while the experimental group was treated with clopidogrel bisulfate in addition to the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 d.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 93.94%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).The plasma prothrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and coagulation factors in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clopidogrel bisulfate combined with aspirin has a significant therapeutic effect on cerebral infarction,which can improve the coagulation function of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
