左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫临床观察

Clinical Observation of Levetiracetam Combined with Sodium Valproate in the Treatment of Epilepsy

目的探讨左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年10月至2022年10月收治的癫痫患者86例,按抽签法分为观察组和对照组,各43例。两组患者均予改善微循环、降低颅内压,脑神经保护药物等常规干预,并予丙戊酸钠片口服;观察组患者加服左乙拉西坦片,两组均持续治疗6个月。结果观察组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平均显著低于对照组,语言智商、操作智商及总智商评分均显著高于对照组,神经特异蛋白及高迁移率族蛋白-1水平均显著低于对照组,癫痫发作次数显著少于对照组,发作持续时间显著短于对照组,痫样放电导联数及痫样累及导联数均显著少于对照组。结论左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗癫痫,可减轻炎性症状,提高癫痫控制效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levetiracetam combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods A total of 86 epilepsy patients admitted to the hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by drawing lots,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine interventions such as improving microcirculation,reducing intracranial pressure,neuroprotective drugs for the brain,and Sodium Valproate Tablets.On this basis,the the observation group was given Levetiracetam Tablets.Both groups were treated continuously for 6 months.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-αand interleukin-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The scores of language intelligence,operational intelligence,and total intelligence in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The levels of neural specific protein and high mobility group protein-1 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The number of seizures in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the duration of seizures in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group.The number of epileptiform discharge leads and epileptiform involvement leads in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Levetiracetam combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of epilepsy can alleviate inflammatory symptoms and improve the effectiveness of epilepsy control.
