胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

Efficacy of Insulin Combined with Metformin in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法选取医院2021年9月至2022年9月收治的T2DM患者92例,采用双盲分组法平均分为对照组和观察组,各46例。两组患者均口服盐酸二甲双胍片,观察组患者加用胰岛素皮下注射治疗。结果观察组总有效率为93.48%,显著高于对照组的67.39%(P<0.05)。观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应反生率为2.17%,显著低于对照组的21.74%,观察组总满意度为93.48%,显著高于对照组的71.74%(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗T2DM,临床疗效良好,可有效且稳定控制患者的血糖水平,同时提升满意度。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of insulin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 92 patients with T2DM admitted to the hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the double blind grouping method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were orally administered Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Subcutaneous Insulin Injection.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 67.39%in the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.17%,which was significantly lower than 21.74%in the control group.The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 93.48%,which was significantly higher than 71.74%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Insulin combined with metformin has a good clinical effect in the treatment of T2DM,which can effectively and stably control the blood sugar level of patients,and improve their satisfaction.
