摘要
目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症的临床疗效。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年4月收治的干眼症患者100例,随机分对照组和观察组,各50例。两组患者均予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗,观察组患者加用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液。两组患者均持续治疗14 d。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的角膜表面不对称指数、角膜表面规则指数显著低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间显著长于对照组,眼表功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子滴眼液联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗干眼症,可有效延长泪膜破裂时间,改善其临床症状,还能帮助患者修复角膜上皮,有助于进一步提高临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Recombinant Bovine Alkaline Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 100 dry eye patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to April 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops,on this basis,the observation group received Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops.Both groups received continuous treatment for 14 d.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 82.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The corneal surface asymmetry index and corneal surface regularity index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,and the tear film rupture time in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,while the ocular surface function score in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Bovine Alkaline Fibroblast Growth Factor Eye Drops combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops can effectively prolong the tear film rupture time,improve clinical symptoms,and help patients repair corneal epithelium,further improving clinical efficacy.
