Safety Precautions for the Use of Chemotherapy Drugs in the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services

目的探讨化学治疗(简称化疗)药物应用安全防范措施用于静配用药调配中心的效果。方法按医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)化疗药物安全防范管理实施前(2022年1月至6月)、后(2022年7月至12月)分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理管理模式,观察组采用化疗药物安全防范管理模式。调查护士满意度、护士心理状态[包括焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分],分析护理工作质量。结果观察组护士对于安全防范措施的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组护士的SAS评分为(25.40±1.49)分、SDS评分为(20.62±1.11)分,均显著低于对照组的(33.18±2.37)分、(31.53±1.13)分(P<0.05);观察组工作质量评分为(95.29±1.26)分,显著高于对照组的(85.10±1.27)分(P<0.05)。结论在PIVAS应用化疗药物安全防范管理,显著提升了护理人员的安全防范意识,工作更加安全,护理人员的心理状态也得到显著提升,进而提升了护理工作质量,减少了安全事件的发生。

Objective To investigate the effect of safety precautions for the use of chemotherapy drugs in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the implementation of chemotherapy drug safety prevention management by the PIVAS of the hospital before(January to June 2022)and after(July to December 2022).The control group adopted conventional nursing management mode,while the observation group adopted chemotherapy drug safety prevention management mode.The nurse satisfaction and psychological status[including Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores]were surveyed,and the quality of nursing work was analyzed.Results The nurses'satisfaction rate with safety precautions in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were(25.40±1.49)points and(20.62±1.11)points,which were significantly lower than(33.18±2.37)points and(31.53±1.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).The work quality score in the observation group was(95.29±1.26)points,which was significantly higher than(85.10±1.27)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of chemotherapy drug safety prevention management in PIVAS significantly enhances the safety awareness of nursing staff,makes work safer,and significantly improves their psychological state,thereby improving the quality of nursing work and reducing the occurrence of safety incidents.
