PICC与CVC用于食管癌围术期静脉输液效果比较

Effect Comparison of PICC and CVC for Perioperative Intravenous Fluid Delivery in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的比较经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管术(PICC)与中心静脉导管术(CVC)在食管癌围术期静脉输液的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至2021年6月收治的拟行食管癌切除术的食管癌患者56例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各28例。观察组采用PICC治疗,对照组采用CVC治疗,比较PICC与CVC在治疗中的价值及优越性。结果观察组置管保留时间显著长于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前PICC置管可节约手术时间(36.57±4.97)min,减少手术麻醉费用,而且PICC管和CVC管均可测量中心静脉压,二者测量数值无显著差异(P<0.05)。PICC留置期间日常生活舒适度明显大于CVC。结论采用PICC对食管癌围术期患者进行静脉输液治疗相对于CVC方法具有更大的优越性,可长时间为食管癌患者提供营养支持、治疗,舒适度较高。

Objective To compare the application effect of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)and central venous catheter(CVC)in perioperative intravenous fluid infusion for esophageal cancer.Methods Fifty-six esophageal cancer patients admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 who were intended to undergo esophagectomy were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 28 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with PICC and the control group was treated with CVC,and the value and superiority of PICC and CVC were compared.Results The retention time of tube placement in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,and the incidence of complication was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative PICC could save the operation time(36.57±4.97)min,and reduce the cost of surgical anesthesia,and the central venous pressure could be measured by both PICC and CVC,and there was no significant difference in the measurement values of the PICC and the CVC(P<0.05).The comfort level of daily life during the PICC tube retention period was significantly greater than that of the CVC.Conclusion The PICC for intravenous infusion treatment of perioperative patients with esophageal cancer has greater superiority than CVC,which can provide nutritional support and treatment for a long period of time,and has a higher level of comfort.
