窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型白癜风临床评价

摘要 目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型白癜风的临床疗效,以及对患者外周炎性因子、免疫指标的影响。方法选取医院2020年12月至2022年12月收治的寻常型白癜风患者84例,采用随机数字表法均分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者给予窄谱中波紫外线治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.24%,显著高于对照组的73.81%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的白癜风病变面积、外周炎性因子及免疫指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型白癜风的疗效较好,能显著降低外周血炎性因子的水平,改善免疫指标。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of narrow band ultraviolet B in the treatment of common vitiligo,and the effects on peripheral inflammatory factors and immune indexes of patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with common vulgaris admitted to the hospital from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given conventional drug,and the patients in the observation group were given narrow band ultraviolet B.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 73.81%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vitiligo lesion area,peripheral inflammatory factor and immune index in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Narrow band ultraviolet B is effective in the treatment of common vulgaris,which can significantly reduce the level of peripheral inflammatory factor and improve the immune index.
