盆底肌康复训练联合护理治疗产后压力性尿失禁疗效观察

Efficacy of Pelvic Floor Muscle Rehabilitation Training Combined with Nursing in the Treatment of Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence

目的探讨盆底肌康复训练联合护理方法应用于产后压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法选取医院妇产科2021年3月至2022年3月收治的产后42 d经盆底筛查诊断为轻中度压力性尿失禁的患者70例,均提供肌肉电刺激+生物反馈+盆底肌康复训练,然后提供联合护理服务,共治疗3个疗程,每个疗程10次,1周2次,第1个疗程结束后间隔3个月再行第2个疗程治疗,依次行第3个疗程治疗。结果与治疗前比较,产妇治疗后的盆底肌力恢复情况较显著(P<0.05);第1个疗程的总有效率为87.14%,第2个疗程提高到92.86%,第3个疗程则为100.00%(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌康复训练联合护理可有效治疗产后压力性尿失禁,促进盆底肌力的有效恢复,提升治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing in postpartum stress urinary incontinence.Methods A total of 70 patients with mild to moderate postnatal stress urinary incontinence diagnosed by pelvic floor screening at 42 d postpartum admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected.They were provided with muscle electrical stimulation+biofeedback+pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training,and then provided with nursing.The patients were given a total of 3 courses of treatment,10 times for each course of treatment,twice a week.After the first course of treatment,the second course of treatment was given at an interval of three months,and the third course of treatment was given sequentially.Results Compared with that before treatment,the recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength after treatment was more significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate was 87.14%in the first course,that was 92.86%in the second course,and that was 100.00%in the third course(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation training combined with nursing can effectively treat postpartum stress urinary incontinence,promote the effective recovery of pelvic floor muscle strength,and improve the effective rate of treatment.
