以患者为中心的心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的影响

Effect of Patient-Centered Psychological Care on Patients with Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma

目的探讨以患者为中心的心理护理对急性闭角型青光眼患者的影响。方法选取医院2021年12月至2023年4月收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者72例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予以患者为中心的心理护理。结果观察组患者的护理总满意度为100.00%,显著高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁自评量表评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);视觉模拟评分量表评分显著低于对照组,健康调查简表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以患者为中心的心理护理可改善急性闭角型青光眼患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,减轻疼痛,提升生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of patient-centered psychological care on patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods A total of 72 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to April 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received patient-centered psychological care.Results The overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the Visual Analogue Scale score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the 36-Item Short Form Health Survey score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patient-centered psychological care can improve anxiety and depression in patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma,alleviate pain,improve quality of life,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
