心理护理用于急性闭角型青光眼护理效果分析

Efficacy of Psychological Nursing in the Care of Acute Angle-Closure Glaucoma

目的探讨心理护理用于急性闭角型青光眼患者的护理效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至12月收治的急性闭角型青光眼患者84例,按系统抽样法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组患者予普通护理,观察组患者予普通护理联合心理护理。结果两组患者干预后的焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的临床依从性为95.24%,显著高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为97.62%,显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论心理护理用于急性闭角型青光眼患者,有助于缓解其负性心理,提高治疗依从性和患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of psychological nursing in the care of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma admitted to the hospital from January to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the systematic sampling method,with 42 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the general nursing,the patients in the observation group were given the general nursing combined with psychological nursing.Results After the intervention,the scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and the Self-Rating Depression Scale were significantly reduced in both group(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical compliance in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 76.19%in the control group(P<0.05),the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 97.62%,which was significantly higher than 71.43%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological nursing for patients with acute angle closure glaucoma can help alleviate their negative psychology,improve treatment compliance and patients'satisfaction.
