针对性护理用于急诊脑卒中患者护理效果评价

Evaluation of the Nursing Effectiveness of Targeted Nursing on Emergency Stroke Patients

目的评价针对性护理用于急诊脑卒中患者的护理效果。方法选取医院2021年5月至2022年7月收治的急诊脑卒中患者76例,按奇偶数法分为对照组及观察组,各38例。对照组患者予常规护理干预,观察组患者予针对性急诊护理。结果观察组临床总有效率为94.73%,显著高于对照组的76.31%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理后的生理指标、躯体状态、精神活力、社会功能、心理健康及总体健康分值均显著优于对照组;观察组患者急诊时间,以及能评分和心理状态评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理用于急诊脑卒中患者护理,可缩短急诊脑卒中患者的急诊时间,提升临床有效率,改善其心理状态。

Objective To evaluate the nursing effectiveness of targeted nursing for emergency stroke patients.Methods A total of 76 emergency stroke patients admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the odd-even method,with 38 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given the targeted emergency care.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 94.73%,which was significantly higher than 76.31%of the control group(P<0.05).The physiological indicators,physical state,mental vitality,social function,mental health,and overall health scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after nursing,the emergency response time,function scores,and psychological state scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing applied in the emergency stroke patients can shorten the emergency time,improve clinical efficiency,and improve their psychological state.
