摘要
目的探讨以岗位需求为导向的分层次培训在精神科护理人员中的应用效果。方法选取医院2022年1月至11月的精神科护理人员64名,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各32名。对照组给予常规培训,观察组给予以岗位需求为导向的分层次培训,比较两组培训效果。结果观察组培训后的照顾者负担量表(CBI)评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意度为93.75%,显著高于对照组的71.88%(P<0.05);观察组理论成绩、实践技能成绩、平均成绩均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对精神科护理人员实施以岗位需求为导向的分层次培训,有助于提高医务人员对护理人员的满意度,减轻护理人员的照顾负担,提升培训效果,更好胜任岗位工作。
Objective To investigate the application effect of job demand-oriented hierarchical training in psychiatric nursing staff.Methods A total of 64 psychiatric nursing staff from January to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 32 nursing stoff in each group.The control group received routine training,while the observation group received hierarchical training guided by job requirements.The training effects in the two groups were compared.Results The caregiver burden scale(CBI)score in the observation group after training was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<005).The overall satisfaction in the observation group was 93.75%,which was significantly higher than 71.88%in the control group(P<005).The theoretical score,practical skill score,and average score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<005).Conclusion Implementing job demand-oriented hierarchical training for psychiatric nursing staff can help improve their satisfaction with nursing staff,reduce their care burden,enhance training effectiveness,and better perform their job duties.
