围术期护理服务用于预防脑血管介入术后并发症效果分析

Effect Analysis of the Perioperative Nursing Service on Preventing Complications After Cerebrovascular Intervention Surgery

目的探讨围术期护理服务用于预防脑血管介入术后并发症效果。方法选取医院2020年8月至2021年11月收治的拟行脑血管介入术的患者84例,按随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,各42例。两组患者均予相同方法行脑血管介入治疗。术前,均按常规流程对其展开术前健康教育;观察组患者在给予上述护理的同时,增加1名介入护理人员开展综合护理服务。结果与护理前比较,两组患者SAS评分和SDS评分均显著降低,观察组较对照组降低更显著(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患者心率及收缩压、舒张压变化幅度均显著更小(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组护理总满意度为95.24%,显著高于对照组的78.57%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.38%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理服务用于预防脑血管介入术后并发症,可显著降低脑血管介入术后患者的并发症发生率,提升满意度,使手术期间各项生命体征更稳定,且可改善患者负面情绪。

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing service on preventing complications after cerebrovascular intervention surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients underwent cerebrovascular intervention surgery admitted to the hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random drawing method,with 42 patients in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with cerebrovascular intervention by the same method.Before the surgery,preoperative health education was carried out according to the conventional process,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the comprehensive nursing service by an additional intervention nursing staff.Results Compared with those before nursing,the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores in the two groups were significantly reduced,and that in the observation group showed a more significant decrease(P<0.05).Compared with those in the control group,the changes of heart rate,systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were smaller(P<0.05).Compared with that of the control group,the overall nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 95.24%,which was significantly higher than 78.57%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.38%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing service on preventing complications after cerebrovascular intervention surgery can significantly reduce the incidence of complications in patients after cerebrovascular intervention surgery,improve satisfaction,stabilize various vital signs during surgery,and play an important role in improving negative emotions of patients.
