加速康复外科护理用于全膝关节置换术后患者效果观察

Application Effect of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgical Nursing After Total-Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨加速康复外科护理在全膝关节置换术后的应用效果。方法选取医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的行全膝关节置换术患者48例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各24例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予加速康复外科护理。结果观察组患者的术后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),美国特种外科医院(HSS)量表和Barthel指数(BI)量表评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为4.17%,明显低于对照组的20.83%(P<0.05)。结论加速康复外科护理在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果良好,可减轻患者的术后疼痛感,促进膝关节功能恢复,减少并发症。

Objective To investigate the application effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing after total knee-arthroplasty.Methods A total of 48 patients undergoing total-knee arthroplasty admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical care.Results The postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)and Barthel Index(BI)scales in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than the 20.83%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients undergoing total-knee arthroplasty is effective,which can reduce postoperative pain,promote knee joint function recovery,and reduce complications.
