精细化护理干预用于冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者效果分析

Efficacy of Refined Nursing Intervention on Patients with Coronary CT Angiography Examination

目的探讨精细化护理干预用于冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者的效果。方法选取医院2021年2月至2023年2月收治的行冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者280例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各140例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予精细化护理。结果观察组的总依从性为98.57%,显著高于对照组的82.86%(P<0.05);观察组图像质量的合格率为99.29%,显著高于对照组的84.29%(P<0.05);观察组一次检查成功率为95.71%,显著高于对照组的79.29%(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预用于冠状动脉CT血管成像检查患者,可明显提高患者的依从性,提升图像质量的合格率及一次检查成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of refined nursing intervention on patients with coronary CT angiography examination.Methods A total of 280 patients underwent with coronary CT angiography examination admitted to the hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according the random number table method,with 140 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the routine care,the patients in the observation group were given the refined nursing intervention.Results The compliance in the observation group was 98.57%,which was significantly higher than 82.86%in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of image quality in the observation group was 99.29%,which was significantly higher than 84.29%in the control group(P<0.05).The one-time success rate of examination in the observation group was 95.71%,which was significantly higher than 79.29%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing intervention in patients undergo coronary CT angiography examination can significantly improve the compliance of patients,improve the qualified rate of image quality and the one-time success rate of the examination.
