人性化护理用于阑尾炎手术患者围术期护理管理效果观察

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in Perioperative Nursing Management of Patients Undergoing Appendicitis Surgery

目的探讨人性化护理在阑尾炎手术患者围术期护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取医院2021年12月至2022年11月收治的阑尾炎患者120例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者予常规护理,观察组患者予人性化护理。结果观察组患者的手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后排便时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后的疼痛程度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率为3.33%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的81.67%(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理用于阑尾炎手术患者围术期护理管理,有助于手术顺利进行,改善预后,加速术后康复速度,降低术后各类并发症的发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the application effect of humanized nursing in perioperative nursing management of patients undergoing appendicitis surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with appendicitis admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given humanized nursing.Results The surgical time,postoperative anal exhaust time,postoperative defecation time,and hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group patients was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 81.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanized nursing for perioperative nursing management of patients undergoing appendicitis surgery is helpful for the smooth progress of the surgery,which can improve prognosis,accelerate postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of various postoperative complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
