临床药师参与重症医学科多重耐药菌感染药学服务模式探讨

Discussion on the Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Service Model for Multi Drug-Resistant Bacterial Infections in the Intensive Care Department

摘要 目的探讨临床药师参与重症医学科多重耐药菌感染的药学服务模式。方法选取医院2019年5月至2021年10月、2021年11月至2022年3月收治的多重耐药菌感染患者25,30例,分别设为对照组和观察组。对照组患者接受传统医学服务,观察组患者在此基础上接受药学服务。结果观察组患者的总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的72.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患者的细菌总清除率为80.00%,显著高于对照组的52.00%;住院时间显著短于对照组,抗菌药物用药频度显著低于对照组。观察组的总满意度为96.67%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论临床药师对重症医学科多重耐药菌感染患者开展药学服务,能提高临床有效率、细菌清除率,缩短住院时间,降低用药频度,提升满意度。 Objective To explore the pharmaceutical service model of clinical pharmacists participating in multi drug resistant bacterial infections in critical care medicine.Methods The patients with multi drug-resistant bacterial infections admitted to the hospital from May 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the control group(25 cases),and from November 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the observation group(30 cases),respectively.The control group received traditional medical services,on this basis,the observation group received pharmaceutical care.Results The total effective rate in the observation group patients was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than 72.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The total bacterial clearance rate in the observation group patients was 80.00%,which was significantly higher than 52.00%in the control group.The hospitalization time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of antibiotic use in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The overall satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pharmacists providing pharmaceutical services to patients with multi drug-resistant bacterial infections in the intensive care department can improve clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance rate,shorten hospitalization time,reduce medication frequency,and enhance satisfaction.
