Application Practice of PDCA Cycle on the Improvement of Pre-Prescription Review System Accuracy

目的探讨PDCA循环法用于提高前置审方系统审方准确率的效果。方法采用PDCA循环管理模式,调查2021年3月至5月(PDCA循环前)和2021年12月至2022年2月(PDCA循环后)的审方准确率,找出影响前置审方系统审方准确率的因素,提出改进措施,评价活动效果。结果前置审方系统审方准确率由活动前的92.03%提高至活动后的96.84%(P<0.05)。结论采用PDCA循环管理模式,提高了前置审方系统审方准确率,促进了合理用药,保障了用药安全。

Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle on the improvement of pre-prescription review system accuracy.Methods The accuracy of prescription review from March to May 2021(before the implementation of PDCA cycle)and from December 2021 to February 2022(after the implementation of PDCA cycle)were investigated,the factors that affect the prescription accuracy of the prescription review system were identified,the improvement measures were proposed,and the effectiveness of the activity was evaluated.Results The accuracy of the pre-prescription review system increased from 92.03%before the activity to 96.84%after the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion The adoption of PDCA cycle management mode can improve the accuracy of the pre-prescription review system,promote rational drug use,and ensure drug safety.
