微生物检验对临床合理用药及医院感染发生情况的影响

Effect of Microbiological Tests on Clinical Rational Drug Use and Hospital Infections

目的探讨微生物检验对临床合理用药及医院感染发生情况的影响。方法选取医院收治的患者150例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。两组患者均给予常规诊疗,对照组患者仅观察临床症状,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施微生物检验。结果观察组患者的合理用药率为97.33%,显著高于对照组的88.00%;医院感染发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的10.67%(P<0.05)。结论实施微生物检验,能促进临床合理用药,降低医院感染发生率。

Objective To investigate the impact of microbiological tests on clinical rational drug use and hospital infections.Methods A total of 150 patients admitted to the hospital were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group randomly,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the routine care,the patients in the control group were only observed the clinical symptoms,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the microbiological tests.Results The rate of rational drug use in the observation group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than 88.00%in the control group.The incidence of hospital infections in the observation group was 4.00%,which was significantly lower than 10.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The applicaction of microbiological tests can promote the clinical rational drug use and decrease the hospital infections.
