Construction of Quality Management Evaluation Index System for Disinfection Supply in External Disinfection Medical Institutions

目的构建委托外消医疗机构消毒供应质量管理评价指标体系。方法成立研究小组,基于文献分析、行业标准解读和专家访谈,设计专家函询问卷,采用德尔菲法进行专家函询。根据统计分析结果和专家意见修订质量评价指标,并根据各指标的重要性评分计算权重。结果最终选取来自5个省市、13家医院的14位专家进行专家函询。修改完成后的函询表包括一级指标4个、二级指标10个、三级指标39个。两次函询的有效回收率均为100.00%(14/14);提出建议的专家占比分别为42.86%和14.29%;在第2轮函询中,所有三级指标重要性赋值的平均值均超过4;2轮函询专家的权威系数均为0.813;仅有1个三级指标变异系数>0.15(2.70%)。结论构建委托外消医疗机构消毒供应质量管理评价指标体系,有助于对外消医疗机构的消毒供应质量进行高效管理,提升外消医疗机构的消毒供应质量,保障患者的生命安全。

Objective To construct quality management evaluation index system for disinfection supply in external disinfection medical institutions.Methods A research group was established,an expert inquiry questionnaire was designed based on literature analysis,industry standard interpretation,and expert interviews,and expert inquiry was developed by Delphi method.The quality evaluation indicators were revised based on statistical analysis results and expert opinions,and weights were calculated based on the importance scores of each indicator.Results Finally,fourteen experts from five provinces and thirteen hospitals were selected for inquiry.The revised inquiry form included four primary indicators,ten secondary indicators,and thirty-nine tertiary indicators.The effective recovery rate for both inquiries was 100.00%(14/14).The proportion of experts who provided suggestions was 42.86%and 14.29%.In the second round of inquiry,the average value of importance assignment for all third level indicators exceeded four.The authority coefficients of the two rounds of inquiry experts were both 0.813.Only one third level indicator had a coefficient of variation>0.15(2.70%).Conclusion Constructing an evaluation index system for the quality management of disinfection supply in outsourced medical institutions can help to efficiently manage the quality of disinfection supply in outsourced medical institutions,improve the quality of disinfection supply in outsourced medical institutions,and ensure the safety of patients.
