益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺癌预后效果观察

Prognostic Effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction Combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the Treatment of Thyroid Carcinoma

目的探讨益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺癌的预后效果。方法选取医院2021年1月至2022年12月收治的甲状腺癌患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。两组患者均予对症治疗,观察组患者加用益气养阴散结汤及左甲状腺素钠片,两组均连续治疗4周。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为97.50%,显著高于对照组的85.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的促甲状腺激素水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗期间声音嘶哑、呼吸困难等不良反应发生率为2.50%,显著低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。结论益气养阴散结汤联合左甲状腺素钠片治疗甲状腺癌,能有效提升临床疗效,改善甲状腺激素水平,改善预后。

Objective To investigate the prognostic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma.Methods A total of 80 thyroid carcinoma patients admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given the symptomatic treatment,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were given the Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction combined with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets treatment.Both groups were treated for four weeks continuously.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions such as hoarseness and dyspnea in the observation group was 2.50%,which was significantly lower than 15.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yiqi Yangyin Sanjie Decoction and Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets can effectively improve clinical efficacy,thyroid hormone levels,and the prognosis in the treatment of thyroid carcinoma.
