摘要
传统板材回弹研究以V型或U型弯曲为对象,其成形精度较低、回弹补偿控制困难。针对以上问题,基于“弯曲中曲率恒定”思想,提出了新型滚轮弯曲工艺,并设计了相应的折弯装备。以DP590高强钢和Al6061-T6铝合金为对象,研究了R/t=5时弯曲角度及偏置距离对回弹的影响,对比了回弹角的试验值与理论解析值。结果表明:随偏置距离的减小,回弹角增大,板材应变更均匀;随弯曲角的增大,回弹角增大,增长趋势近似指数函数与幂函数的组合。表明新型滚轮弯曲工艺的回弹规律明显,具有高效、精确补偿回弹的能力与抑制折弯损伤、增加成形均匀性的潜质。
The traditional research on the springback of sheet metal takes V-shaped or U-shaped bending as the object,the forming accuracy is low and the springback compensation control is difficult.To solve the above problems,based on the idea of"constant curvature in bending",a new type of roller bending technology was proposed and the corresponding bending equipment was designed.With DP590 high strength steel and Al6061-T6 aluminum alloy as the objects,the effects of bending angle and bias distance on springback were studied,and the experimental and theoretical values were compared.The results show that with the decrease of bias distance,the springback angle increases,and the strain on the sheet is more uniform.With the increase of bending angle,the springback angle increases,and the growth trend is the combination of exponential function and power function.The results show that the new roller bending process has obvious springback rule,and has the ability to compensate springback efficiently and accurately,restrain bending damage and increase forming uniformity potential.
